Recently, a series of policies on packaging waste pollution control have been officially launched, promoting the green packaging upgrade in express delivery, retail, medical and other fields. Relevant regulations have clarified the application proportion targets of degradable thermal labels in key fields by 2027, forcing continuous technological innovation in the industry. Traditional thermal consumables, which are polluting and non-degradable, can no longer meet current environmental compliance requirements. Against this backdrop, phenol-free coated and bio-based degradable thermal paper as well as eco-friendly packaging consumables have become market necessities. Leading enterprises in the industry have increased investment in the R&D and mass production of environmental materials, and optimized packaging equipment processes to adapt to the high-speed and stable production of eco-friendly consumables. The industry has bid farewell to extensive development and formed a new green production model of "eco-materials + intelligent equipment". Green and low-carbon transformation has become the key to enterprises’ core competitiveness.
